On 14 July 2026, between approximately 3:10 AM and 7:45 AM IST, Feezy was unavailable. Logging in, viewing dashboards, and making payments did not work during this window, and background processing (payment confirmations, fee reminders) was paused.
What happened: our database became unavailable following an account-level administrative disruption with our cloud infrastructure provider. The issue was identified and service was fully restored by 7:45 AM IST the same morning.
