Logging in, viewing dashboards, and making payments did not work during this window, and background processing (payment confirmations, fee reminders) was paused. What happened: our database became unavailable following an account-level administrative disruption with our cloud infrastructure provider. The issue was identified and service was fully restored by 7:45 AM IST the same morning. Your data and payments: no data was lost. No completed payment was lost or misapplied; payment confirmations that were delayed during the window were reconciled automatically after recovery, and background jobs resumed on their normal schedules. What we changed: we have added independent, round-the-clock monitoring across every part of the platform, with immediate alerts to our team well before an issue of this class can recur, and we have launched this public status page so you can always see live platform health and incident history in one place. We are sorry for the disruption this caused during morning hours.
